2009 Youth Programs Golf Scramble
Pre-Registration Deadline is Monday, April 27
Registrations and payments will still be accepted the day of the scramble.
Entry Fee Includes:
- Lunch
- 18 Holes of Golf
- Cart
- Golfer’s Grab Bag
- Entry into the Raffle Drawing
- Participation in “Closest to the Pin” Competitions
Other Competitions and Fun Stuff:
- Buy a team Mulligan (1 per player, 4 total) for $20
- “Going For The Green” Competition
- Silent Auction
PRIZES:
- 1st Place Mens
- 1st Place Women’s
- 1st Place Mixed
- Last Place Overall will get a special prize
ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO BENEFIT THE YOUTH SERVED BY FAMILY COUNSELING CENTER IN THE SOUTHERN SEVEN COUNTIES OF ILLINOIS THROUGH HEALTHY RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES!
