Crisis Intervention Services — Adult and Youth

Crisis Intervention Services are offered on a 24-hour basis to anyone with an emotional or mental health crisis. Consumers may access these services by:
  • Calling the crisis telephone hotline system after office hours,
  • Walk-in during regular office hours, or
  • Telephoning one of our outpatient offices.
Services include: telephone consultation, outreach crisis response, assessment, referral, placement in appropriate setting, family support, transportation arrangements for placement, and follow-up.
Anyone calling the FCC outpatient office in any county may access the Crisis Intervention Hotline.
Services Offered
  1. Assessment
  2. Brief therapy
  3. Hospital pre-screening
  4. Referral for needed services
  5. Case management
  6. Stabilization of current situation

Adult Service Area: Hardin, Johnson and Pope counties.
Youth Service Area: Alexander, Hardin, Johnson, Massac, Pope, Pulaski, and Union counties.

a day, each day of the year!
